Micah is 10 Months Old--Already!

Micah is 10 months old, and on the move.  He has become so much more difficult to photograph cause he's started coming after the camera whenever it's anywhere close to being in his range of movement.  I did get a couple of "classic Micah" looks, though.  (The other day Micah heard the bath water running.  He was sitting on the floor next to Bryan by the computer.  He scooted his little bum all the way down the hallway to the bathroom, determined to get his time the water, too.)

This past fall Sally went to California and brought matching Mickey Mouse shirts for the boys.  I tried taking pictures of them before if you may recall, but the timing and the boys' moods were all off so they didn't turn out real well.  Yesterday we tried it again and I think there are a couple of really cute and mischievous ones in this bunch.

On the move..."I'm just getting started, Mom."

"Thanks to my brother for showing me how..."

He decided he didn't like the poof so much this time, so he rolled off.

Oh those eyes...they are so thought intensive and provoking.

He's my "Smiley" boy.

This is a bad picture in so many ways, but his smile and eyes are SOO classically Micah.

"What do you mean don't touch--you always let me get dirty.  What's different now?"

The relationship these two have right now is hilarious.  They get mad at each other (yes, Micah SCREAMS at Brandon and Brandon often says, "No, no, Micah") but mostly they just look at each other and simultaneously bust into laughter.

"Alright, we'll look at you.  But we won't like it."

Already conspiratorial.

So thoughtful...

My favorite of the two together.

Yesterday was cloudy but we had some beautiful sunshine too, for a change, so we met friends at the park.  Micah LOVES to swing and as Alyssa can testify, will throw a tantrum when taken out of the swing.

Finally, a beautiful gift the Lord knew I needed today--beautifully bright sunshine to start the day.

After much debate between we as adults really not feeling like going, and knowing our boys will be so excited if we do, we have decided to go the Farmer's Day parade this morning and watch all kinds of tractors lumber by.

Have a great day!
