Day 4: Labor Day

Monday, September 3 Labor Day

We had such a stressful Labor Day, full of all kinds of labor!

The boys were excited for the day but still rather groggy Monday morning.

Bryan labored to make pancakes for everyone (with help of course).

The waves were just too big to even enjoy boogie boarding that morning.

Cheryl and Brandon labored at playing catch for a while.

We all labored at enjoying watching the waves.

Bryan labored at making sand castles with the boys, so they could kick them down.

Uncle Andrew and Brandon labored at digging a deep hole...they were trying to dig to Nigeria but Uncle Andrew ran out of steam and the morning ended...Brandon would have kept going, however.

Yes, Uncle Andrew did the majority of the work.

In the afternoon Uncle Bob, Aunt Gail, Scott, Jessica and their daughter Rebbecca came to enjoy some beach time and supper.  I was too busy enjoying playing in the waves with the boys so I didn't get any pictures from the beach that afternoon.  The waves were calmed down by that time so Scott, Bryan, Andrew and Cheryl did go boogie boarding.

The moon was beautiful again!
And that was our "labor" day.  A wonderful day full of sun, fun, fellowship and good food!

Well, my allotted picture time has expired...a while ago.  Time to get back to work.
Blessings
