Fun Times

The last several days have been packed full of fun!  Cal and Kinsley were here for a long weekend and we enjoyed having them so much.  Brandon was in tears as we drove away from the airport last night because he was sad his cousin Kinsley had to leave.  So neat to see cousins enjoying each other!

One Month

Saturday Lisa was a month old already!  Here's where our time went...

2 weeks old

 One day I was sitting in the living room nursing and listening to the boys play outside.  They were pretending the two bikes were four-wheelers and one of them was Grandpa and one was Uncle Bryan.  The four-wheelers were getting stuck all. the. time. and constantly needed help getting unstuck.  It was pretty cute to listen to. Then Micah came to the back door and asked if they could take their clothes off.  I told him no, they needed to stay on.  He walked away and said, "oh".  I glanced out the window and saw their clothes were already non-existent.  It made for a good laugh!

First father-daughter dance.

Last week we went swimming in Auntie Sally's pool.  Lisa LOVED the water and the boys did so well. 
Micah put his head under the water for the first time and Brandon was diving to the bottom to pick up rings and the rocket!

One month old!

4th of July

We took the really laid back route for the 4th of July this year and it was just what we needed.  We hung out at home all day and went to Dad and Mom's for supper, games and fireworks in the evening.

I can just hear Rachel's voice saying, "Those are some fantastic expressions."

How many adults and generations does it take to untangle balls?" ;)

Lisa had some pretty bad stomach aches that evening so I didn't get any pictures of fireworks.

Baptism

June 23rd we had Lisa's baptism.  After the service everyone came over to our house for lunch and to celebrate the goodness of the Lord through the generations.

It was a special day!
